1. Overview

Jollytimes sells personalized and customized gifts. Our store is powered by Shopify Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jollytimes.store of any suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability. Payment is due in full before production begins.

5. Personalization & user content

You are responsible for the accuracy of any name, date, photo, or message you submit. You confirm you have rights to use that content. We may refuse to produce content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing. Personalized items generally can't be returned or exchanged unless damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

6. Intellectual property

All site content belongs to Jollytimes or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written consent, except for content you submit for your own order.

7. Shipping & risk of loss

Items are made to order by our specialty print partners. Estimated production and shipping times are provided on our Shipping page and are estimates only, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

9. Promotions & discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the terms stated at the time they're offered, may not be combined unless explicitly stated, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; use the Site for fraudulent or illegal purposes; or interfere with the operation of the Site.
