We're a new, growing store working with multiple specialty print partners, so timing can vary by product. We're focused on getting U.S. shipping right before expanding further.
Order processing
Once you place an order, it goes straight to whichever specialty print partner makes that specific product. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the item and how many are in your order. You'll get an email as soon as each part of your order ships.
Carriers we use
Because different items are produced by different specialty print partners, the carrier can vary by product — most ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item's size and your location. Whichever carrier is used, you'll always get a tracking number by email.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We know international shipping matters to a lot of you, and it's something we're actively working toward — we'll update this page the moment it's available.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days after the ship date, contact our team at support@jollytimes.store with your order number. We'll work with our print partner to remake and reship your order at no extra cost to you.
