We get asked a lot of questions about how personalization actually works once an order comes in, so we figured we'd walk through it.
Step 1: Your order lands in our queue
The moment you submit a name, photo, or message at checkout, it gets attached directly to your order — no separate email thread, no back-and-forth required.
Step 2: A real person reviews it
Before anything goes into production, someone on our team actually looks at what you submitted. We're checking for things like image resolution, spelling, and making sure a date or name reads clearly once it's actually sized onto the product.
Step 3: We craft it
Depending on the product, this might mean laser engraving, UV printing, or sublimation. Either way, it's done in small batches, not run through some giant automated line that doesn't care if a name got cut off.
Step 4: A final check before it ships
Every personalized item gets a once-over before it's packaged. If something doesn't look right, it doesn't go out — we'd rather redo it than have you open a box that doesn't feel right.
Step 5: It ships to you
You'll get a tracking number, and most orders are out the door within 1–2 business days of being placed.
That's it — no big secret, just a lot of small, deliberate steps to make sure what shows up matches what you asked for.
